How to get funding for real estate projects in Africa

In the course of  planning for the 2016 season of SAPIS I have made connections with several property developers from around the continent. And one phrase that is common with them is “ we need funding”. It is also common belief that there is a lack of money in the world and that foreign investors are just too scared of investing in Africa.
My Advice
In reality there is no shortage of money in the world. There is so much money out there you just need to grab yours.
Also investors are not scared they just want to  invest where they are confident of making returns. So if you are confident about your project and its returns then the only thing standing between you and the funding is YOU.
The problem you are facing is the lack of adequate packaging of your investment opportunity enough  to knock investors of their feet.

Most investors are actually uncertain about their own ability to make a good decision.

This is a very powerful thing to know.
A decision to invest is borne out of confidence in an opportunity. So it’s your duty to focus on doing whatever it takes to build that confidence.
The good news is today you can easily turn the tide and change this powerful phenomenon that is holding your project back.
